Yago obtained his law degree from the University A Coruna (Spain)/ Universita di Bologna (Italy), holder of a LL.M. in International Sports Law and Sports Management from the most prestigious Business School ISDE in Spain, Sports Director from the Universidad Camilo Jose Cela/ RFEF, Scouting & Analysis RFEF, FIFA Agent License from the Royal Spanish Football Federation obtained in 2002, considered the youngest Agent in Spain and also licensed Agent by the English FA.

With more then 15 years of experience, he is considered an expert in Football Business specialized in following fields; Advising & Management, interpret and relates quality advisement regarding football contracts, review of transfer deals according to the rules and regulations of FIFA, Training Compensation, Brand Management – commercial revenues, Marketing, Investment Management, Scouting and development of youth players, Sports Management within Clubs and Scouting departments. Yago has worked and gained experience in countries like Spain, Switzerland, France, England and Brazil.

Highly motivated, articulate and dynamic professional with a background in football that has afforded him substantial experience and expertise across all aspects of football. After his playing career in Switzerland, Spain, Brazil, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia he worked in different positions as an Advisor, in Scouting departements and at the end assuming responsibility in Sports Management, handling local and international transfers from beginning until the end according to FIFA regulations together with a track record of success in business management.

This experience in football, spoting potential talents, speaking fluently seven lenguages, leadership skills and business acumen has enabled him to achieve considerable success in the positions he has held to date. SERGIO LEISMANN,

Football Senior Advisor & Consultant – Brazil, Argentina & Uruguay

Sergio is without any doubt one of the most experienced professional in the football business with a unique background across all aspects of football. Graduated from the University of Catolica do Rio Grande do Sul with a degree of Engineering (BEng).

He was a member of the board of directors for 25 years at SC International of Porto Alegre, one of the most prestigious Premier League team in Brazil, having also been holding the post as Sports Director during 1974 to 1982. Under his mandate he won the Brazilian league 3 times and as well the Int. Joan Gamper Tournament in Barcelona in 1982 playing against Manchester City in the final and winning 3:1. FC Barcelona been 3rd and 1.FC Köln in 4th place.

After this successful long time stint at the club he decided to enter the world of intermediation of footballers, having been responsible for several important transfers like for example Rincon, Mancini to AS Roma, Dante to Lille, Anderson to Porto and Manchester, etc.

Sergio has been with REAL PRO since 2013, he is our Senior Advisor and responsible for the Brazilian, Argentinean and Uruguayan football market.

Tony has joined REAL PRO in 2012 as an associate Consultant. His activities are focused on the Peruvian and Colombian football scene. Scouting, Advising and Management of youth & professional players is the main duty. He brings with him a substantial amount of experience, having been in the high-end soccer business for the last 12 years. In particular, he has shown a keen ability to deftly bring parties together during intense negotiations to a winning conclusion for his clients. Tony's ability to quickly and accurately assess the personal dynamics of a complex situation to better negotiate on his client’s behalf is probably his strongest skill set. He also possesses a bond or commonality with football players, which enables him to understand and communicate more effectively with his clients. Finally, his experience provides him with extraordinary knowledge of the game and the players who compete every game.

Bernardo has joined REAL PRO since the early days as an associate Scout & Consultant and is responsible for the scouting of players and young talents in Spain. He is a licensed FIFA Player's Agent with the Royal Spanish Football Association. He has been an independent Scout for different "Primera and Segunda Division" Clubs in Spain, after that he worked for 6 seasons at the Scouting Department for Football Club Real Zaragoza before joining REAL PRO. Bernardo has developed a distinct ability to assess talents, is an experienced professional who will help recruit new clientele to the REAL PRO family.

Juan graduated from the University Complutense of Madrid with a degree in Law. He continued his education with a Master in Sports Law from the University of Valencia and FIFA/ CIES Sports Management from the University Rey Juan Carlos/ RFEF. Because of his strong interest in football since his early days, he has continuously been attending academic courses in Sports Law. Throughout Juan’s education, he has been working in the sports industry. He is practicing Law in Madrid specialized in Civil Law, Sports Law and mediator from the Spanish Olympic Committee. Since then, he has worked with two other firms before setting up his own Law firm. Juan Antonio is the current President of the Sports Law Association of Extremadura, member of the Sports Law Association of Madrid and member of the Spanish Sports Law Association. He has done extensive work on contract negotiations, marketing and player contracts, from both the front office and in advising perspectives. He has successfully published several articles related to Sports Law. Juan joint REAL PRO as an associate Advisor in 2015.
